Our Governance

MERIDIONAL’s Board is elected by the General Assembly. The Board holds periodic meetings and organises a General Assembly once a year to ensure the strategic direction of the organisation.

Our Secretariat

Our team brings together over thirty years of accumulated experience in the multilateral arena, having developed expertise in the areas of advocacy, policy-development, donor relations and fundraising, government relations and capacity-building, in the civil-society sector.

Over this period, our team has cultivated an extensive network spanning grassroots, governmental and intergovernmental partnerships, advancing collaborative efforts within diplomatic frameworks and forums. Our focus has particularly shone in advancing agendas concerning humanitarian disarmament and human rights initiatives.

This experience, expertise and relationships have coalesced for over a decade of work and presence in International Geneva, laying the groundwork for MERIDIONAL as it embarks on its journey to contribute to consolidating a multilateral space that is inclusive for everyone.
